Michael Kneip, President   
Michael Kneip is co-founder of early-stage Internet business The Virtual Commons (1995), and founder and President of TVC Consulting, Inc (1996-present). Kneip grew up in Sitka, Alaska, moving to Kalispell, Montana for his final three years of high school at Flathead High School. Kneip earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington in 1991, followed by a year of Japanese study in Tokyo Japan. Returning to the US, Kneip was a key early employee at both Hewitt Rand and CompuData Systems before starting his own companies. Kneip started TVC Consulting, an early leader in the Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider (MCSP) program, and Northwest pioneer in several key Microsoft platforms, including server and infrastructure, development, and business systems. As President of TVC Consulting, Kneip delivers extensive, hands-on expertise, and a record of business leadership and success.

Amanda Kelly, Director of Business Development
Amanda serves a key role liaising between TVC customers and our technical team, managing client relationships and expectations to ensure the timely and successful delivery of TVC’s technology solutions. Amanda works with TVC leadership to set overall direction and mobile product strategy for the company. With over fifteen years of proven strategic business and marketing success in the Puget Sound technology corridor, Amanda  is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities through strategic relationship management. TVC customers appreciate her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure successful partnerships. 

Amanda holds bachelor’s degrees in Strategic Communications and Art History from the University of Massachusetts, Salem and certificates in communications from Harvard University and the University of Washington.  Originally from Boston, Amanda is Board Secretary for the Rainier Valley Food Bank, a non-profit dedicated to eradicating hunger in the nation’s most diverse zip code.

Brad Larson, Senior Network Administrator
Brad Larson leads TVC’s experienced team of network engineers. With more than twenty  years of hands-on experience in technical support services, our customers appreciate Brad’s leadership and reliability.  Brad’s experience includes extensive systems engineering support of  Microsoft, UNIX and Cisco-based networks, architectures, platforms and equipment and software development. As lead technologist, Brad’s expertise in installation, implementation, configuration and trouble-shooting  allows him to customize his operating approach to fit TVC’s customers’ needs as they arise.  With a broad knowledge of hardware, software and development, Brad ‘s skills allow TVC to offer a powerful combination of analysis, implementation and around the clock support.

Lee Hubbard, Sales Director
Lee Hubbard leads TVC's sales team. He is a veteran of over 10 years with the company. Lee combines his practical experience serving customers with a masters degree in business. Known to TVC customers as a reliable, trusted adviser, Lee has helped shape information technology solutions for hundreds of different situations. Originally from Houston, Texas, Lee is a Seattle transplant with a love for the outdoors, and all the Northwest has to offer.
